Job summary

Responsibilities include processing accuracy, collaboration with peers, and learning new systems to streamline operations, all while meeting service level expectations and staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and document review.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality assurance reviews for new and existing deposit accounts.
• Review signature cards and CIP information.
• Ensure compliance with Regulation CC for holds and disbursements.
• Verify documentation accuracy and ownership details.
• Support banking centers with errors and corrections.
• Adapt to new systems and processes to scale work.
• Maintain timely processing with SLAs.
