Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a QA-focused Clerk within the Operations Shared Services Department to perform meticulous reviews of signature cards and related documents for new and existing deposit accounts, including CIP verification and regulatory compliance.

You will ensure accuracy, support processing timelines, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows across the deposit-account lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking experience preferred.

• Ability to learn various banking software programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of signature cards and related documents for new and existing deposit accounts.
• Verify CIP information and ensure regulatory, procedural, and policy adherence.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of account reviews, changes, and holds.
• Support banking centers with error corrections as needed.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and consistency between system records and electronic documents.
• Ensure ownership/authority is properly documented and validated.
