Job summary

Benco Dental, a family-owned dental distributor, seeks a Digital Customer Success Partner (Remote) to onboard customers and provide tier 1 support for 3D printers, scanners, and digital imaging software under the Digital Dentistry brand.

The role includes educating customers, troubleshooting, maintaining knowledgebase articles, and collaborating with Field Support Technicians to ensure smooth on-site deployments, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Excellent communication with non-technical users.
Experience in installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical hardware.

Responsibilities

Own pre/post-sale training and support for Digital Dental and CAD/CAM.
Provide exceptional service and escalate issues when needed.
Create and maintain databases, reports, and records.
Collaborate with sales leadership and trainers to implement best practices.
Coordinate with vendors for software/hardware deployments.
Lead Basecamp task tracking and ensure clear communication across teams.
