Benco Dental is seeking a Field Service/Installation Technician to provide hands-on field support, maintenance and installation for dental equipment at customer sites across the region. You will troubleshoot, repair and optimize equipment to keep customer operations running smoothly while delivering excellent service.

In this role you will train staff on equipment use, assist with on-site setup, and communicate clearly with customers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required).
• Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Providing maintenance and repair services out in the field.
• Training staff on using equipment.
• Training customers on using equipment.
