Job summary

PangeaTwo is seeking an Account Manager – Dental Technology to support a nationwide network of dental practices from a fully remote setup in the United States. This role focuses on maintaining client relationships, understanding insurance verification workflows, and driving process improvements with the technology team.

The ideal candidate is curious, technically minded, and motivated to contribute to automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience with insurance verification, preferably in dental practices.
Strong understanding of dental office workflows and insurance processes.
Technically curious with an interest in software, automation, and technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with an established portfolio of dental practice clients.
Serve as the primary voice of the customer to the internal team.
Develop understanding of client workflows, software capabilities, and insurance verification processes.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
Translate client feedback into actionable requirements for the tech team.
Troubleshoot client questions and collaborate on solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction, adoption, and success.
Collaborate with leadership and teams to improve customer experience.
