The MedServ Group is seeking a licensed dentist for a part-time, fully remote consulting and clinical leadership role to help develop dental services in North Carolina. The dentist will collaborate with executive leadership to ensure compliant entity formation and service offerings under North Carolina law.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS/DMD, possess an active NC license, and have clinical dentistry experience with leadership or healthcare consulting.

Qualificações

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted dentist license in North Carolina.
Relevant clinical experience in dentistry.
Experience with clinical leadership, healthcare consulting, program development, or service-line expansion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with CEO and leadership on planning and development of dental services in North Carolina.
Provide clinical expertise to evaluate service models, workflows, quality, and patient care.
Advise on governance, standards, and operations for proposed dental services.
Assist leadership in assessing potential programs and implementation requirements.
Participate in discussions on structure and compliant operation of the professional entity.
Stay informed about dentistry developments, entity requirements, and healthcare regulations.
