Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a licensed Dentist for a part-time, fully remote consulting and clinical leadership opportunity as the company develops dental services in Florida. The dentist will work with executive leadership to support planning and the compliant development of a dental professional entity and potential dental service offerings, subject to applicable state law and legal review.

Qualifications

Active Florida dental license and eligible to practice in a professional entity
Experience in clinical leadership or healthcare consulting is preferred
Experience with program development or service-line expansion is a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CEO and leadership on research, planning, and development of dental services in Florida.
Provide dental clinical expertise to evaluate service models, workflows, quality, and patient care.
Advise on governance, standards, and operational considerations for proposed dental services.
Help leadership assess potential dental programs and implementation requirements.
Participate in discussions on structure and compliant operation of the professional entity.
Stay informed about dentistry developments and regulatory requirements.
