Job summary

The Doctor Support Specialist role at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is a field-based and remote support position. You will travel regularly to assigned Centers to train doctors in best practices, clinical innovations, and network standards, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

You will use performance data to identify opportunities, reinforce standards at the Center level, and help clinicians practice at the top of their license through trusted collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree with post-graduate prosthodontics training.
• Minimum of five years of clinical implant experience, focusing on full-arch restorations.
• Willingness to travel to network centers (approximately 50–75%).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, field-based and remote support and mentorship to doctors across the network.
• Deliver training in best practices, clinical innovations, and network standards.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive process improvements with clinicians.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Operations, Field Leadership and HR to reinforce standards.
