Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks licensed dental professionals to evaluate AI systems by reviewing cases, imaging, treatment plans, and software workflows. Remote contractor role requiring hands-on dental tool experience and evidence-based feedback for AI improvement.

The ideal candidate has an active license (DDS/DMD), knowledge of imaging/CAD-CAM workflows, and experience with dental software; familiarity with data annotation and AI evaluation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with active license and clinical experience.
• Hands-on experience with dental software and digital dentistry tools.
• Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, 3Shape, CEREC or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of dental imaging, CAD/CAM, treatment planning and practice workflows.
• Previous human data experience including data annotation, labeling, RLHF or AI model evaluation.
• Experience reviewing dental imaging and clinical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Review dental cases, treatment plans and clinical workflows.
• Analyze dental radiographs, digital impressions and intraoral scans.
• Evaluate dental software, digital imaging tools and CAD/CAM systems.
• Identify inaccuracies and provide evidence-based clinical feedback.
• Create realistic dental scenarios and annotate dental-related content.
• Document findings and recommendations to improve AI accuracy.
