Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking licensed US dentists to apply their clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI systems for dental care. You will craft realistic cases, develop reference answers, and assess AI responses for diagnostic accuracy and adherence to standards of care.

This expert-level, remote assignment requires broad dental experience and the ability to document clinical reasoning clearly, with a commitment of at least 10 hours per week and weekly Stripe payments.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active US dental license required.
• At least 2 years of clinical dental practice.
• Broad experience across restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning.
• Strong written English and ability to clearly document clinical reasoning.
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic dental case scenarios incorporating clinical findings, radiographic information, and treatment plans.
• Write reference answers that explain the clinical reasoning behind diagnostic and treatment decisions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for diagnostic accuracy and appropriate standards of care.
• Identify unsafe, fabricated, unsupported, or out-of-scope clinical recommendations.
• Clearly explain why an AI-generated response is correct, incomplete, or clinically inappropriate.
• Apply professional judgment across a range of dental conditions and treatment-planning scenarios.
