Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Denial Management to serve as the primary contact for denial-related activities for assigned clients. The role involves active participation in implementation, leading the denial delivery process, and managing a team for the clients using this service.

The position is REMOTE within the United States and may require travel. You will oversee client meetings, reporting, and risk mitigation while ensuring high client satisfaction and alignment with coding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• National coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA preferred.
• 3 years coding experience including facility E/M coding.
• 2 years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages denial delivery metrics and turnaround time.
• Drives monthly client meetings to ensure proactive feedback.
• Communicates with CorroHealth team to meet client needs and objectives.
• Monitor client progress using various metrics.
• Provide periodic status reports to leadership.
• Meet with clients monthly to review reporting and issues.
• Develop and present executive reporting quarterly.
• Manage a team of 3+ direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with client contacts on coding and charge capture issues.
• Work with QA teams on coding quality improvements.
• Contribute to product/service improvements.
