Job summary

Demand & Supply Analyst at somewhere is seeking a detail-oriented professional to align inventory with demand across DTC and retail channels. You will monitor stock levels, support forecasting, and assist with purchasing while partnering across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

You will optimize inventory dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel, track WOS and turnover, and ensure data integrity to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations while supporting a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory coordination, or analytical operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or retail environments preferred.
• Master-level command of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (including nested formulas, pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, data validation, and dashboard modeling).
• Practical experience with ERP systems, inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Katana, Cin7), or 3PL portal software.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Stock Control (~30%): Monitor daily inventory across multiple SKUs and 3PL locations.
• Demand Planning & Forecasting (~25%): Maintain forecasting models based on historical sales velocity and seasonality.
• Purchasing & Supply Planning (~20%): Support purchase order generation and replenishment planning.
• Data Analysis & Dashboarding (~15%): Build and update inventory dashboards and track key metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration (~10%): Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Retail teams.
