Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Demand Forecast Analyst to serve as the primary contact for customers and service sites, partnering with Global Customer Units to finalize demand plans and guide site capacity planning.

The role requires 6–8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to lead teams and present insights.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.

• Experience with demand forecasting and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for the customer and sites regarding the demand forecast.
• Works with Global Customer Units and SCM to finalize demand plan.
• Analyzes customer forecasts using available tools and models.
• Provides analysis to sites for material and capacity planning.
• Interlocks with Global unit management to close demand plan.
• Participates in development of the global planning toolset and advanced planning systems.
• Utilizes planning tools and knowledge of the customer contract to support forecasting.
• Provides direction to site SCM Operations on forecast loads for the Master Production Schedule.
