CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Deltek ERP Implementation team within Government Contract Advisory. The role focuses on implementing Deltek HCM and Accounting/Finance solutions for government contractors, with a strong emphasis on compliance and client service.

The candidate will work in a remote-capable environment, collaborating with HR and finance teams, delivering trainings, and staying current with Deltek enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Equivalent years of Deltek experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience as a Deltek Consultant, with a focus on implementation and support of Human Capital Management and Accounting/Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Deltek Time and Expense functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Implement and configure Deltek Human Capital Management solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide expertise in Deltek Accounting and Finance modules to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage Deltek Time and Expense processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee time and expenses.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline workflows, implement areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on Deltek systems and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Deltek applications.
• Stay updated on Deltek product enhancements and industry trends.
