Clearsulting seeks a Portfolio Lead to oversee a portfolio of OneStream client engagements, guiding delivery from initiation to successful completion while ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will partner with Practice Leadership to provide visibility into project status, resource needs, portfolio risks, and client health; manage engagement economics; mentor teams; and drive governance and continuous improvement across delivery operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance transformation or enterprise software programs.
• 5+ years of end-to-end OneStream implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Portfolio Lead across OneStream engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Identify delivery risks, manage escalations, and ensure team execution.
• Provide visibility into status, resources, portfolio risks, and client health.
• Manage engagement economics: scope, budget, staffing, utilization, and margins.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver integrated Finance Transformation solutions.
• Mentor consultants and drive governance, quality control, and delivery improvements.
