The role requires 8+ years in delivery management, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 30% nationally is expected; agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies are used to drive projects forward.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, preferably delivering AI projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• 30% national travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Physical AI use cases and projects.
• Coordinate with sponsors, IT, Data, Analytics & AI teams, and vendors.
• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Create statements of work for AI projects and initiatives.
• Monitor progress and mitigate project risks across the portfolio.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide guidance to multinational project teams and foster collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
