Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to review, amend and manage Defined Contribution plans, prepare plan documents, reports, and client presentations.

This role may work from the Fairview Park Office, the Dublin Office, or remotely in Ohio or Pennsylvania based on experience. Responsibilities include plan asset reconciliation, amendments, 5500 filings, benefit calculations, loan documentation, and responding to inquiries from clients and auditors, while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with defined contribution plans preferred.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and amend Defined Contribution plans and prepare SPD enrollment lists.
• Reconcile plan assets for each valuation period.
• Develop and implement plan amendments as necessary.
• Update plan specifications; allocate employer contributions, forfeitures, and earnings; check top-heavy status and 415 limits.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and related schedules; file forms electronically.
• Calculate benefits for terminations, hardship withdrawals, loans, and distributions; determine taxability.
• Prepare loan documents and amortization schedules; track repayments.
