Job summary

Farmers National Bank of Canfield is seeking a professional to review and analyze Defined Contribution plans, prepare SPD enrollment lists and annual reporting materials. The role includes preparing IRS forms, loan documents, and amortization schedules, with client communications and research to answer inquiries.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of DC plan experience (preferred), and basic math/accounting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with defined contribution plans preferred.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and amend Defined Contribution plans and prepare summary plan descriptions, reports and recommendations.
• Prepare and submit required government reports and document filings as necessary.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, prepare loan documents and amortization schedules and track loan payments.
• Compile information for allocation reports and perform plan testing (ADP/ACP/410(b) etc.).
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and related schedules; file forms electronically.
• Calculate benefits for participants and determine taxable amounts and distribution codes.
• Maintain contact with clients and respond to inquiries; conduct research as needed.
• Attend client meetings and assist in ASC/AMS case setup and data gathering.
