Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an expert Solution Architect for the Defense OEM Customer Outcomes team. You will design innovative software solutions using the Xcelerator portfolio and lead architectural efforts across projects to ensure value delivery.

You will collaborate with consultants, project managers, and customers, translating requirements into robust architectures and guiding organizational change while maintaining alignment with Siemens Delivery Framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; software engineering background preferred.
3–5 years of technical Architect experience.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience leading large software implementation projects.
Experience using Agile in project execution.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven team leadership abilities.
Location in the United States is required.
Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint for Siemens DI Software solutions.
Lead Solution Definition and Solution Enablement elements on projects.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, PMs, and customers for successful delivery.
Establish technical integrity and ensure value delivery throughout projects.
Participate in Architecture Community of Practice and share knowledge across teams.
Drive organizational change with customers and manage expectations.
