RemoteJobsOne seeks a Visual Designer focused on decks and presentations for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in agency, in-house comms/brand, or as an independent deck designer. Expertise in PowerPoint and Keynote, plus Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, is highly valued.

You will design, author, and evaluate expert-level decks, develop visual rubrics, and ensure brand-consistent templates across tasks.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven deck/presentation design experience in agency, in-house comms/brand, or as a freelancer.
Advanced typography, layout, color usage, iconography, and grid systems.
Proven ability to build and apply visual template systems across slide types.
Demonstrated skill in inferring and replicating styles from reference decks.
Expert PowerPoint and/or Keynote; strong familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Design and author expert-level presentation tasks using reference decks and brand assets.
Create gold-standard decks that exemplify refined typography, grid, and visual system fidelity.
Define on-brand and polished criteria for varied presentation tasks.
Develop visual rubrics to evaluate model outputs on visual craft and consistency.
Identify visual failure modes in AI design, such as misaligned grids and hierarchy.
Provide clear feedback and rationale for visual standards to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate templates and evaluation systems.
