Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service for debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions. This fully remote role requires bilingual English and Korean communication and a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional phone presence and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations professionally and confidentially.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management software.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and communication platforms.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Sales & Customer Support: Answer calls, assess needs, explain programs, and guide clients through options.
