Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a remote, full-time Debt Resolution Attorney licensed in New Jersey to manage debt resolution files and consult with clients. Although based in Southfield, MI, the role allows telecommuting from a designated remote workspace.

The attorney will review documents, oversee settlements, and ensure clients understand the debt resolution process while coordinating with paralegals and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey state bar.
• Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections preferred.
• Comfortable with high volume of client interaction and customer service.
• Proficient in using computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee debt resolution files.
• Conduct telephone consultations with clients.
• Oversee settlement processes and file reviews.
• Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals.
• Provide legal assistance and ensure clients understand the debt resolution process.
