Qualifications

• PhD or EdD or terminal degree in a discipline within the college.
• Five years of teaching or administrative experience in higher education.
• Active scholarship according to Boyer’s model, within last ten years.
• Experience designing online degree programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a vision for the college's graduate and undergraduate programs.
• Lead college faculty to provide high-quality academic experiences.
• Represent and align college programs with university and Dallas Campus strategy.
• Oversee administrative functions and budget for the college.
• Lead program development, evaluation, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate governance and accreditation activities.
• Foster external collaborations and partnerships.
