Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD, DBA or other terminal degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated quality research completed in the last ten years.
• Instructional experience and online teaching preferred.
• Proficient in APA style.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and approve program curriculum and develop policies and procedures.
• Lead program and faculty meetings and participate in Academic Council.
• Hire, evaluate faculty; prepare advertisements and facilitate hiring.
• Teach a course load and provide timely feedback to students.
• Redesignone course per year and manage student applications/transfer credits.
• Maintain program alignment with university, college, and accreditation standards.
• Prepare Outcomes Assessment Reports and participate in program review/planning.
• Engage in ongoing research and maintain credentialing in the field.
