Ladders is seeking a DataOps Engineer to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role will bridge data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DataOps, data engineering, or platform engineering experience in production environments.
• Expert-level Databricks experience, Delta Live Tables, and Spark performance tuning.
• Strong command of the full Azure data services ecosystem.
• Demonstrated production use of AI tools in DataOps workflows.
• Proven CI/CD experience using GitHub Enterprise.
• Proficient in Python and/or Scala for pipeline development.
• Experience with medallion architecture patterns and multi-environment deployments.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI-powered observability for data pipelines.
• Build proactive monitoring workflows for data quality and anomalies.
• Integrate AI tooling into operational DataOps processes.
• Develop AI-assisted root cause analysis tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Own the design and optimization of data pipelines on Databricks.
• Administer the Databricks workspace, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Own the deployment pipeline for DMP workflows and enforce deployment standards.
