Job summary

Ladders is seeking a DataOps Engineer to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of DataOps, data engineering, or platform engineering experience in production environments.
  • Expert-level Databricks experience, Delta Live Tables, and Spark performance tuning.
  • Strong command of the full Azure data services ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated production use of AI tools in DataOps workflows.
  • Proven CI/CD experience using GitHub Enterprise.
  • Proficient in Python and/or Scala for pipeline development.
  • Experience with medallion architecture patterns and multi-environment deployments.

Responsibilities

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Dataops Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Implement AI-powered observability for data pipelines
