Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead end-to-end datacenter projects for customers across the western United States. This remote role requires residence within 50 miles of an Eaton office west of the Mississippi and travel up to 25%.

You will act as the primary technical liaison among customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing, manage changes to designs and BOMs, drive profitability, and mentor junior project managers while delivering compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation not available; reside within 50 miles of Eaton facility west of the Mississippi.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, engineered-to-order datacenter projects.
• Serve as primary technical liaison among customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing.
• Review contract drawings, specs and BOM changes; manage technical changes.
• Drive profitability by coordinating resources and priorities.
• Develop, manage and deliver complete documentation and deliverables.
• Mentor and train less experienced project managers.
