Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an experienced MLOps engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will design and implement end-to-end MLOps frameworks on Azure Databricks, and architect secure ML platforms for development, deployment, and monitoring.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to streamline experiments through production, while staying current with Databricks updates and Azure AI services to drive business value.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for ML model development and automation.
• Deep expertise with Databricks platform and ML lifecycle tooling.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices and deployment patterns.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark and distributed data processing.
• Exposure to LLMOps, RAG, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services and related tools.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced BI/ML environment.
