Job summary

Everforth ECS in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Architect – Data & Employee Systems to design and own the data architecture for employee data on Databricks, including governance and security considerations, while working remotely.

You will translate policy and standards into technical data models, lead platform decisions, and collaborate with HR, Legal, security, and IT to ensure compliance and scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design of enterprise data architecture for HR data on Databricks.
• Translate policy, standards, and business logic into technical data models.
• Experience with data governance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architecture for employee data on Databricks (HR, payroll, benefits, performance).
• Translate company policy and industry standards into concrete technical architecture and data models.
• Encode business rules (eligibility, compensation logic, org hierarchy) into the data architecture.
• Define data access controls, lineage tracking, and audit mechanisms with Unity Catalog or similar.
• Set best practices for Databricks usage across the organization (Delta Lake, workflows, compute management).
• Collaborate with data engineers, security, HR systems owners, and compliance to ensure regulatory needs.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and a roadmap for the employee data platform.
