Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Data Strategy and Business Analytics Director to lead management reporting and analytics across the firm. You will guide the data analytics team to produce dashboards, validate calculations, and ensure consistency with data standards.

You will work with Finance and executive leadership to deliver monthly reporting, interpret results for service lines, and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes. A CPA and extensive BI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required and audit experience preferred.
• Progressive experience in public accounting, financial reporting or analytics.
• Ability to translate business questions into reporting requirements and validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting and business analytics for the Firm.
• Develop, review and deploy dashboards firmwide with IT analytics team.
• Collaborate with FP&A on monthly financial reporting to boards and committees.
