Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Data Steward to support the LDA team in SAP master data and specification tasks for PR&D materials. This contractor role requires accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards, with responsibilities spanning data creation, maintenance, and change management.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus hands-on SAP experience and familiarity with Quality Docs and Trackwise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with specification management tools (Quality Docs, Trackwise).
• Understanding of master data governance and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP master data tasks as directed.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Verify data entries for accuracy.
• Support creation and maintenance of material specifications.
• Participate in change and deviation management activities.
