Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, or Engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years as a Data Scientist with proven predictive modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for maintenance, forecasting, and resource estimation.
• Analyze large, diverse mining datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Build data pipelines and prepare data for advanced analytics and modeling.
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and operations to define problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize model outputs and KPIs.
