RecruiterForge in the United States is building a marketing intelligence platform; this remote role focuses on measurement products across marketing mix, incrementality, insights, and recommendations. You will work with data science, engineering, and product teams to deploy robust, scalable ML solutions and explain results to customers. The position requires strong coding skills and a track record of production ML success.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• At least five years of production data science/ML/AI experience.
• Strong foundations in statistics, ML, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Proficient in writing maintainable, testable production code.
• Experience deploying and supporting ML systems across the stack.
• Excellent communication with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Build, deploy, and maintain production systems for measurement products, translating statistical methods into scalable capabilities.
• Improve measurement accuracy, coverage, reliability, and resilience.
• Investigate data, modeling, and production problems across data, pipelines, model logic, services, and customer results.
• Evaluate methodological improvements against statistical rigor and business value.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve measurement quality.
