Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Data Scientist (Adobe Practice) to advance ML and big data solutions within the Adobe Marketing Cloud and third-party tools. You will lead data preparation, model development, and insights delivery for audience segmentation and analytics, while mentoring junior data scientists and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes Generative AI specialization, scalable data products, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Math) or related degree; 6+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Apply state-of-the-art algorithms to develop new data products or improve performance of existing ones.
• Specialize in building data pipelines, developing ML models, and performing advanced analytics.
• Build, evaluate and optimize models with ML, AI, and Generative AI; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists and team leads to define project requirements and data sources.
• Transition development projects to production systems with Product and Engineering teams.
