Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that connect rigorous educational research with practical tools for teachers and coaches.
• Work with the Math Teaching and Teacher Learning team at CEPR on AI-enhanced coaching tools.
• Manage complex datasets, build reproducible workflows, and develop codebooks and data documentation.
• Apply statistical, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI methods to develop automated measures.
• Collaborate with researchers and external partners to integrate research into educational products.
