Qualifications

• Practical data science experience with real-world datasets.
• Strong Python skills, including testing and debugging.
• Experience with Kaggle, DrivenData, Zindi, AIcrowd or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build reproducible data science tasks with clear requirements, data, dependencies and execution steps.
• Run AI coding agents against tasks and judge solution correctness.
• Write verified reference solutions and tests to distinguish complete work from flawed approaches.
• Investigate failures, data leakage, and flawed assumptions to improve task design.
