OpenTrain AI connects experienced professionals with paid, part-time AI training work: shaping and improving the AI systems that companies are building right now.

We are seeking data scientists who can craft challenging tasks, judge AI solutions, and write robust reference solutions. This remote, part-time role offers flexible hours and compensation for accepted tasks. OpenTrain AI values practical experience and reliable, high-quality work.

Formación

• Practical data science experience with real-world datasets.
• Strong Python skills, including testing and debugging.
• Experience with Kaggle, DrivenData, Zindi, AIcrowd or similar platforms.

What you'll do

• Build reproducible data science tasks with clear requirements, data, dependencies and execution steps

• Write verified reference solutions and tests that distinguish complete work from flawed approaches


• Investigate failures, including data leakage and flawed assumptions, and improve the task design
