Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience developing and deploying AI or ML solutions.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and production-oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international and distributed teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Science & Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to support data-driven decision making.
• Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI: Design and develop AI-powered solutions for real-world business applications.
• Work with modern AI and Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize AI workflows, APIs, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Explore and implement techniques such as prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain data pipelines required for machine learning and AI applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability.
• Integrate data and AI solutions with existing platforms, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate on the deployment of machine learning and AI models into production environments.
• Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support the implementation of reproducible and scalable ML workflows.
