Job summary

Enlyte, a leader in health and workers' compensation tech, is seeking a Data Scientist to identify and deliver AI/ML opportunities across our product portfolio. This full-time remote role can be located anywhere in the U.S.

You will design prompts for LLM-based features, build and deploy models in production, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn business problems into scalable solutions. Strong ML foundations and Python/SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD required in Math, Statistics, CS or a related field.
• 2 years ML experience (MS) or 1 year (PhD) in ML.
• 2 years building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and ML pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI/ML opportunities across products.
• Design and test prompts for LLM-based features.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy ML models in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts.
• Follow best practices for ML pipelines, monitoring, and deployment.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
