CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Data Scientist. You will report to the Senior Manager of Analytical Insights. This position is open to fully remote candidates - WFH - anywhere in the U.S.

You will deliver analytics and insights to support Clinical operations, design and implement data solutions using Google Cloud Platform, and build automation for data moving from sources like Verint and Teradata. You will work with stakeholders to develop Tableau KPIs.

Qualifications

Understanding of database design principles.
Knowledge of SDLC and documentation best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess business impacts and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Agile mindset with a focus on delivering incremental value and incorporating feedback quickly.
Ability to learn new domains and data sources rapidly.
Ability to enforce best practices.
Strong presentation skills and experience engaging with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver analytics and insights to support Clinical operations.
Analyze, design and implement data solutions using Google Cloud Platform.
Act as an internal analytics SME supporting data automation reporting from multiple data sources.
Support data staging for Tableau dashboards and KPIs.
Collaborate with business partners to develop logic metrics for Tableau KPIs.
