Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking a Data Associate to manage data, reporting, and quality control for door-knocking programs nationwide. The role involves heavy use of voter contact software and Google Workspace, with reporting to Data Department Leadership.

This is a remote, full-time position, with potential travel for training. The role emphasizes working on data needs across teams, building tools, and supporting daily data operations.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using a computer and able to quickly learn new software.
• Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including 50+ hours per week during peak times.
• Must have a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
• Experience or ability to utilize Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data, reporting, and quality needs of door knocking programs.
• Collaborate with program teams on data needs in Touchstone (territory groups, account creation, general support).
• Help build and maintain data tools for various departments.
• Assist in managing the program's daily/nightly reporting needs.
• Respond to data support requests and flags.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
