Job summary

Care Access seeks a Manager, Data Quality to lead a remote team of Data Coordinators ensuring accurate, timely clinical research data across the site network. You will translate study and sponsor requirements into operating practices that protect data integrity and reduce administrative burden.

You will guide workload planning, monitor quality, and partner across functions to resolve discrepancies early, keeping data reliable for research decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote data teams and coaching others.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, protocol compliance, and sponsor expectations.
• Familiarity with EDC/CRF data workflows and QC practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Coordinators and build team capability through coaching and training.
• Set daily/weekly priorities across studies and sites; monitor timelines and volumes.
• Maintain data quality with source review, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Track open, aging, and high-risk queries; coordinate escalations with site teams and sponsors.
• Define site-level metrics to drive quality and timeliness; report risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, QA, and study teams to align data activities with requirements.
