Job summary

Care Access is hiring a Data Coordinator to join a remote, US-based team. You will ensure data quality across clinical trials, perform source data reviews, and support timely data entry into EDC/CRF systems.

This role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will reconcile data with source records, manage queries, and contribute to study coordination and QC activities across the site network.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years experience in clinical research, clinical trial support, or data coordination.
• Familiarity with EDC systems, case report forms, and data management practices.
• Ability to work remotely with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform site-level quality control of source data and resolve discrepancies with staff.
• Reconcile study data against supporting documentation and track resolution.
• Enter study data into sponsor EDC/CRF systems accurately and on time.
• Manage EDC queries, route and respond, ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate study activities with study teams and site personnel.
• Support data quality, reporting, and process improvement tasks.
