Job summary

No prior AI experience required; you bring 3–5 years in data analysis and meticulous QA, with aptitude for documenting findings and providing actionable feedback to improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or quality assurance.
• Proven ability to review data and outputs against defined criteria.
• Strong ability to follow detailed written instructions and rubrics.
• Analytical reasoning to decide in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting findings.
• Highly organized and capable of remote work with consistency.
• Baseline spreadsheet skills; SQL or querying experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review datasets and task outputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Identify errors, omissions, and outputs not meeting requirements.
• Apply evaluation rubrics consistently across high volumes of data.
• Make defensible decisions when guidelines are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Provide clear written/verbal feedback with actionable resolutions.
• Identify recurring quality issues and escalation needs.
• Maintain high accuracy on repetitive data-review tasks.
