Job summary

The Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC) invites highly qualified candidates to join the inaugural C2C Forward Fellows Program. Fellows will contribute to the Cradle-to-Career Data System, focusing on data tools, dashboards, and research across TK-12 and higher education domains.

These two-year, full-time fellowships require California residency with a monthly in-person meeting in Sacramento. Start date January 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant domains such as data tooling, dashboards, and research tools.
• Experience in higher education or public policy research environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement analytical data tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and analytical reports to inform policy and research.
• Create and maintain data tools and data infrastructure components for C2C Forward Fellows.
• Collaborate with cross‑sector teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
