Job summary

Foundation for California Community Colleges (FCCC) is seeking two C2C Forward Fellows to join the Data Programs track, working remotely within California while traveling monthly to Sacramento for in-person team meetings. Fellows will build dashboards, query tools, and analytical reports to support Cradle-to-Career initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, data visualization experience, and a track record in education, workforce, or policy domains.

Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards, data tools, and secure data enclaves.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in education, workforce development, policy or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, query builders, and analytical data reports.
• Collaborate with engagement team to raise data literacy and gather feedback.
• Work with data infrastructure to adopt cloud-based data practices.
