Job summary

Foundation for California Community Colleges (FCCC) is seeking two C2C Forward Fellows to advance cradle-to-career data work within the Office of Cradle-to-Career Data. These fellows will contribute to dashboards, reports, and tools to inform research, policy, and advocacy across California.

Fellows will work remotely within California, with travel to Sacramento once a month for an in-person team meeting. This fellowship offers hands-on experience in data systems, visualization, and cross-sector

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Knowledge of workforce and higher education admissions, policies, and legislation.
• Strong ability to convey research findings in multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, query tools, and analytical data reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Programs and Data Infrastructure teams to promote modern data practices.
