Cisco Systems, Inc. is hiring for a remote Business-Ready Data (BRD) program leader in the United States. You will steer the BRD portfolio, coordinate multi-project delivery, and drive governance across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional accountability, risk management, and executive-level reporting to ensure predictable delivery and adoption of data capabilities across Marketing and MarTech platforms in a flexible, remote work model.

Formación

• 7 years of professional experience in project or program management.
• 4 years leading medium to large data, analytics, or technology programs.
• 4 years defining and validating project scope, integrated plans, schedules, milestones, and success metrics.
• 2 years coordinating data program delivery across business, engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
• 2 years managing program risks, dependencies, and change control with escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integrated BRD program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from requirements through validation and operationalization.
• Drive cross-functional accountability for deliverables, timelines, and decisions.
• Establish governance and change-control practices with Change Management partners.
• Provide concise executive reporting on program health, priorities, and blockers.
