Job summary

Habitat Health is hiring a Product Manager, Strategic Technology Applications to own the product strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery for the technology portfolio that powers Habitat Health's growing PACE organization.

You will oversee end-to-end product lifecycle across call/communications, CRM, core operations, growth, and risk adjustment systems, translating clinical and operational needs into a compelling roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Healthcare or health IT experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing SaaS/cloud-based applications (CRM, call center, or clinical systems a plus).
• Strong fundamentals in discovery, roadmapping, backlog management, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of strategic technology applications.
• Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog and roadmap.
• Define and track success metrics: adoption, utilization, satisfaction, impact.
• Lead or co-lead implementations for new PACE center launches and integrations.
