Job summary

Curinos is seeking a data product leader who will own the semantic layer and benchmark methodology across Curinos One. You will steward metric definitions, data lineage, and governance to enable trusted analytics for product, platform, and client teams.

This role requires deep experience in data governance, analytics, and stakeholder management, with hands-on work in data quality, calculations, and data models. Hybrid/remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, governance, analytics, or data strategy.
• Ability to influence across teams without authority.
• Experience building governance and data quality processes.
• Strong written communication and retail banking data knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define benchmark methodologies and governance standards for Curinos benchmarks.
• Manage methodology changes with cross-functional teams for sound decisions.
• Build the shared semantic foundation and metric definitions for Curinos One.
• Maintain the semantic layer as a living data asset and monitor health.
• Own ongoing quality, lineage, and currency of metric definitions and data sources.
